Service Description

My individual sessions are designed to help you enjoy your golf more, we do not focus making swing mechanical changes, we first need to gain a clear understanding of how and why you play golf, the best way for us to do this is through playing with you. Our individual sessions are designed to see you play and how you think and manage your way around the course. From here we focus on using your strengths to help you enjoy your golf more, the technical aspects of playing golf including swing mechanics, putting, chipping, pitching and the full swing are complex movement patterns and we often see golfers attempting to play shots they have not yet mastered. All these skills require fundamental movement patterns before expecting to apply the complex movements when it counts, Our goal is to help you play better and enjoy your golf more. 9 hole playing session is priced at $250.00 plus members rate course fee if required Book now by emailing wellnessgolf@outlook.com
